I'm just so jealous on whoever gets to run for singapore..
how i wish i can be the same..
and all those representing this games(wala) are younger than me..is should have trained hard since sec 1..
maybe i can represent too?nvm..
there's still other international games next year..

I just realised that most of my post is about my track life..

On 18th june,i did my personal best for 400m..52.7(H.T)
i was damn happy..
how i wish it was E.T..

On 22nd June,i ran my 800m national juniors final..
guess my timing....

i came back 4th with a timing of 2:06:59...

School's not bad so far..
had 2 test,OFA and WPB!!
OFA=Office Applications
WPB=Web Publishing
i managed to do everything,but i screwed up my 2nd part of ofa..DAMN!!
for wpb,it's ok..managed to do all too..but i got a feeling,i'll get a handful of mistakes..
anyway,it's over..so no point whining..:)

I ran 400m on last saturday(31st May 2008),i did quite badly..my timing was 54.14..
quite disappointed..i'll just have to work on it..
the next day,sunday(1 june 2008),i ran 800m golden 1/2 mile..
i was quite honoured to run that race as it was an invitation and only selected people get to run..
there were only 7 people running that race which includes one pace maker..
i finished the race 5th with a timing of 2.07..
coach says it was quite good..
i wanna improve more..
maybe till 2.02?or better..

Today training was quite a killer..
did 200m x 8,must hit 30 secs every run and only 30 secs rest..
after that,rest only 10 mins before the last run..which is 400m all out,hit below 60 secs..
i hit 57..being done with the training,my whole body was so numb..including my hands..
DARN!!

Tomorrow,there'll be no school..BUT!!there's DRAGONBOAT!!!
it's a good and bad thing..
the good thing is,it's fun..
the bad thing is,i'm tired..
ARRRGGHH!!!

It's been ages since i've last updated my dear bloggie..
The reasons are:
1)No time
2)lazy
3)feel like deleting this blog

So where should i start?
I ran all-comers 4..came in first in heats with a timing of 2.10..
is that good?
according to coach tan,it's not bad..
according to ms choo, it's quite good for a start of the season..
so i'll train extra hard and try to hit below 2.05..

On the 24th May,i had a race..actually more of a time trial..it's 600m though..
my competitors are like... Singapore runners(a few)?
darn..i was like damn nervous..
but the race was pretty good..
i came back 5th with a timing of 1.26..
coach say,it's good..
but i must train my lactic tolerance..
train that,and i can do a good timing for 800..

This coming weekends, i'll be running swift meets for sd under open category..
i hope i can achieve good results..
i'll be running 400,800 and 4x400m..

OH YA!!i joined floorball too..it's a fun sport to play..
plus,i bought a floorball stick..
so that i can practice at home..

Hey peeps!!
i've been really busy with school,homework and track..
that's the reason i've not been updating..
anyway,schools great so far..
except some irritating losers..
the lessons are quite interesting but as time goes by,it's getting tougher and tougher..
i hope i can cope with every lesson..

I'm starting to get how Khalis, Zaki, Hykel and many more are so fast..
the training is super intensive that you can actually lie down but your legs and butt still hurts..
despite the intensiveness,i'm loving it!!
i will keep training harder and harder to improve myself..

Tomorrow is labour day,SD training at Yishun Stadium at 8.30..
I cant wait to know what's the training like tomorrow..
whatever it it,i'll do my best..every effort counts..

Can i say i'm in love?

On saturday,went to sprint dynamic..
the training was damn good as it was intensive but tiring..
it's ok..sacrifices have to be made if i want to improve..
i'm so honored to be in the team..
i'll work hard to achieve my target and coach's too..

Anyway,today cca fair..i didnt think twice and sign my name in the track and field list..
i dont wanna waste my 5 years of effort training..
might as well i continue and improve..
inter-ite is coming,around august..
i hope i'll do well and make it into the relay team for combine ite for IVP..

Tomorrow there's SD training and i'll be going..
i'll have to rush from school to Yio Chu Kang stadium from clementi..
i hope i can reach there by 5.30..
i'm hungry to improve now..
i'll put in lots of effort during training..

I WANNA MAKE IT INTO SINGAPORE JUNIORS TEAM!!
MY DREAM IS JUST METRES AWAY!!
I'LL HAVE TO STRIVE FOR IT!!!

1st week of school is over..
overall the school is good..
EXCEPT that it's super hot!!
fortuantely two lessons are int the lab..
AIR-CON!!
the friends are quite ok..
but my class is like divided into groups..
some ppl are just irritating..
cant really stand them..
but just have to pretend..
anyway,i made a good friend ther..
he's kenneth..he's outgoing and funny..and noisy too..just like me..haha..
i hope i can get along with others too..
i'm aiming to do well for all my tests and earn a good GPA..
so that i can make it into a poly and course of my choice..

I talked to coach tan(SD coach)about me interested in joining..
he told me to join..
and he saw me running 400m and he told me that i can make a good 800m runner..
he also said that he's currently short of one runner to form 4x400m singapore junior team..
he said that i might get in..provided i must hit sub 50..
so tomorrow,i'll be going their training wiht roslee at yishun stadium at 8.30..
COME ON FAHMI!!YOUR DREAM CAN BE ACHIEVED!!TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN!!!

OH YA!!and Ms Fadilah is my best girl partner...i mean best girl to talk to..
and i can treat her as my sister too..
AT LAST i've got a sister!!!
haha..
not biological though..
but it's ok..

Firstly,school is not bad..
eventhough it's a small campus,the people there are quite fun..
the class adviser(form teacher)is quite good too..
i made friends with a few of them on the first day..
on the second day which is today,i made friends with all..
i cant wait to start normal lessons..
the subjects are quite interesting..
and track will be my cca too..

Talking about cca..
i'm quite disappointed as i'm not running the 3rd all comers..
if i dont take part in the last all comers,i cant run national juniors..
it's my last chance to participate..
i'm really serious about joining SD..

Today,in the morning was a complete waste of time..
supposed to have a FULL match with anderson jc at their school..
but there is a stupid military band practice..
^%#^@^!!!!!
they know that the field's booked then they still invite us to play..
end up we only played 30 mins..
it's like even lesser than 1 half..

Anyway after the match,me,haikal,leonard,shang li and aloysious  went to novena while the rest headed home..
we went to the adidas outlet and bought stuffs..
the stuffs are super cheap..
after that lunch at magic wok..
then we headed to leisure park..
we spotted a SUPER HOT CHICK!!!!
she was like really HOT!!!

Overall today was very fun..hehehe..
haikal and me can be "looking at girls" partners..haha..
next time must go town ah haikal..ALOT MORE!!!!HAHAHA!!
after that haikal and shang li went back home whereas leonard and i headed to parkway..
blablabla..
leonard went for his match and i went to borders to find some books..
and after a while,i did bought 3 books but i only pay for 2 coz the other one is free..
yay!!!
at least i wont be doing nothing while going to school...:)

And school's like starting this coming monday..
i can't wait..
i'm so excited...
new friends...
new learning environment..
new competitors...
:)

Today,woke up pretty late..which is around 12+..
took a bath,ate and rushed down to parkway to get darren's present..
after that,went straight to school(ngee ann)..
took 31..
one stop after bedok interchange,the bus broke down..
DAMN IT!!I''M LIKE USING ADULT FARE %$^%!!
alight the bus and took the 31 behind..
stop at tamp interchange and switch bus to 291 which stops directly in front of school..
waited inside school for the bus to come..
we went straight to botanical gardens for track training and alvin joined us too..
did warm up for dunno how long..we dunno where to run so we just figure it out..
and lucky we found our way back..
today's training was pretty fun..
the bonding is getting closer between us(seniors,me and juniors)
the juniors this year..
starting they were quite irritating..
but as time goes by..
they're really a fun bunch of kids..
i didnt complete the workout due to my "injury"..
my knee and shin hurts..so i stopped and sit..haha..
then in the bus..haha..
damn funny..
i'm not gonna say it..coz "they" might read..hahahaha..
darren,roslee and bing hui was like crowding around janice and rasyidah..
then i was like.."walau,gang bang ah??"..
then they laugh and went separate ways but came back to talk about "something"..haha
it's damn FUNNY!!!
as soon as we reached school..
some headed home while the rest went to t-mart..
we head to kopitiam..
there was like no food...
i mean for us muslims..
so me and roslee went to another food court which is like 1 min walk to buy our food..
it's relatively cheap though..
while we were ordering our food to be taken away,rasyidah and janice appeared..haha..
we thought they wanted to buy food too..but no..they wanted to accompany us..
AWWW...so sweet of them huh...

after eating,accompanied darren while he was waiting for a cab..
he got his cab and we went to the bus stop..
the bus ride today was quite fast due to the talking and gossiping with roslee and hui xian..
went home straight then..
i really hope i still can train with you guys..ngee ann trackers=<3
once again..

Thursday-10 april
Today,went to peninsula..
met leonard,as he wants to get gloves..
i wanted to get adidas ankle guard too..
but nowhere to be found..
i dont think it can be found anywhere in singapore anymore..
i hope my cousin return another side of the ankle guard..
he only returns one side..
haha..what am i supposed to do with one side???

Anyway,after penin,headed to scool(ngee ann)..
coz we chartered a bus(like pro only)
when everyone is there,we went straight to NTU..
as we reached there,the match was delayed due to lightnings..

I really suck this few matches..eventhough i did score for the past 2 matches..
this match worst..i didnt score nor assist..how bad can that be??
but  today..darren played really well!!!
ALL HAIL DARREN!!!!
he scored 3 goals in the 2nd half..
he's the theo walcott of our team..
i'm really grateful to have him in our team..
he really help us alot..
anyway..we won with a score of 6-3..
i really hope i'll be on form the next match..

Woke up around 10 today..
bathe and get changed..
at around 11+,my dad picked me up and took me to central manpower base..
the ns thinggy screwed up..i deferred online..my status was temporary deferred..
then they sent me a letter telling me to report for checkup..
like wth??
i still want to school IDIOTS!!!
so went to CMPB and did the stuffs there..
so now i'm deferred!!!
YAY!!!

Went back home..
basically,today is a day with nothing done except sitting in front of the computer and living in the land of boredoom...

Met up with roslee at around 6+ and we headed to parkway to eat..
after that went back home...

Now i'm still thinking of SD...
to join or not to join...
HMMMMM.....

Training today was pretty fun..did 10 x 200 m..start every 2 mins..
i hit what is expected for all runs and did made my pb(i think)which is 24 secs..
i hope that's consider good..haha..
i think i'm changing into a sprinter now..
i rarely do 800m..which is supposed to be my pet event..haha..
it's ok..whatever is best for me,i'll work on it..i wanna try to make it into singapore team..
i hope i can...

Today,soccer match against tzuming's team again..
instead of the usual trash,we only managed to win them by 2 goals..5-3
they really improve alot..i thought chris was a threat to us(actually he was for quite a while)
he's very agile..but he's no longer a threat after i scored the first goal..i just placed the ball to the bottom left corner..chris started to feel demoralised..then i scored the second goal..my favourite goal in my life..
i took a long shot after hafiz just placed the ball in front of me..it's like 20 m away from the penalty box..
i just took one touch and took a shot..i just love my ADIPURE boots..
IT"S SUPERB!!!
the other goals were contributed by bing hui(3rd) and darren(4th abd 5th)
GO TRACKERS!!TRACKERS ROCKS!!!
haha..

ok..now my legs are aching..the feeling of going to cramp..darn..
i hope they dont give me trouble while i'm sleeping..
